Our passion and objective is to create a great learning experience so we’re always happy to get returning students. Since we started in January this year, Jane Liew has been attending our classes nearly every weekend…..so what motivated Jane to take up 15 classes and counting?
I have learned pastry making from other places before but what makes me decided to continue learning at PISH is pretty simple – they deliver what they promised from high quality ingredients and equipment, authentic french recipe and learning from a professional chef. Classes are organized in a proper manner from basic to professional level. Hence it’s suitable for any level you are in from basic to advanced.
It’s more hands-on than any other places I have attended – the Chef demonstrates step-by-step and then you and your partner will need to do it from scratch. That’s why it takes longer i.e. 2 full days. Ultimately what you want are great looking and delicious products produced all by your own, and being able to replicate that at home.

I truly enjoyed Chef Frederic’s weekend baking classes. It has lots of variety, the group class size is not too big hence we receive personalised attention and coaching from him. His recipe is authentic and he is genuine in teaching you all the skill without holding back. Truly an awesome experience attending these lessons.
