As a teacher, I would ensure that the student understands the purpose of each variety of apples and its usage according to the flavour of the apples.

As a pastry chef, it is really important to pair the right variety of apples when I create a dessert or bake a pastry, to give harmony and balance according to the flavour of the apples.

Finally, I would recommend that when you want to enjoy apples in salads, sauces, baking, pies or tarts, remember that every apple has a different intensity of sweetness and texture. And now, you are ready to enjoy the great taste of the variety of apples!
