For Chef Frederic Oger, a love for cooking came at an early age. Born into a family of wine connoisseurs in France’s Loire Valley, Oger had developed a passion for pastry making when he was just six years old.
“You need to be open to new flavours and love discovering local food and culture. This will make you a better chef. For instance, I don’t cook or eat French food everyday. I like to explore local flavours and sometimes add a little french twist into it” – Frederic Oger
